It seems the detected storage is a 14.68 GiB "Hynix HAG2e" and it seems to be a removable one.
Beside an EFI partition used to boot, it has a main partition of 13.07 GiB, of which 92.9% is used.
Obviously, no 64 GB SSD is detected. Is it really present inside your laptop and correctly inserted?
Do you really have an external storage (like an SD card)?

Here are the specs
The Dell Chromebook 3120 (and 2-in-1) is a durable 11.6-inch laptop built primarily for students. It features an Intel Processor N100, up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 64GB of eMMC storage. It boasts Wi-Fi 6 connectivity and automatic Chrome OS updates
The 64 gig ssd is in the laptop. It was running as a chromebook. I used Mr chromebook to flash the system board to be able to run a new OS.

It's in the bios. The only disk is the 64gb ssd. Seems when it installed it created only 14gb partition on the ssd. The os was an iso image that was created on a 16gb usb thumb drive. That looks like what it created a small 16 gb disk .

I don't know why inxi doesn't report those partitions (provided they really exist).
You can try to install Gparted from the Software Centre and see if it detects more partitions.
Do you remember what choice you made for disk usage when you installed Q4OS? (the full disk? a partition?) I think the best choice would be to use the full disk (erasing everything, included the ChromeOS recovery partition), but in this case you'll loose all the data stored on your drive and you'll never be able to reinstall ChromeOS.
