Alternative dns trouble

Well, my ISP joined the censorship trend..

I couldn't find change dns in the network menu, so i decided to use systemd-resolved (been working well 1-2 years).
Recently i gotten some weird drops, were it reverted back to my isp dns,  restarting systemd-resolved appears to fix the issue temporarily.

$resolvectl
Global
   Protocols: +LLMNR -mDNS -DNSOverTLS DNSSEC=no/unsupported
   resolv.conf mode: stub
   Current DNS Server: <mychoice>
   DNS Servers  <mychoice>
   Fallback DNS Servers  <mychoice>

Link 2 (<network-name>)
   Current Scopes: DNS LLMNR/IPv4 LLMNR/IPv6
   Protocols: +DefaultRoute +LLMNR -mDNS -DNSOverTLS DNSSEC=no/unsupported
   Current DNS Server: <isp>
   DNS Servers: <isp>
   DNS Domain: <local>

Well it don't really now much about networks, did some web searching but i couldn't find anything adequate.
I'm guessing the issue is that my isp dns is still listed.. How do I fix that? or point me in right direction to read
