Well, my ISP joined the censorship trend..
I couldn't find change dns in the network menu, so i decided to use systemd-resolved (been working well 1-2 years).
Recently i gotten some weird drops, were it reverted back to my isp dns, restarting systemd-resolved appears to fix the issue temporarily.

Well it don't really now much about networks, did some web searching but i couldn't find anything adequate.
I'm guessing the issue is that my isp dns is still listed.. How do I fix that? or point me in right direction to read
