Access shared files

I was surprised with the performance of Q4OS Trinity and I would like to use it in my company.

But when testing shared files access, I can't open the files.

I have an Active Directory Server (NethServer), simply by accessing the folder and trying to open the file, Libreoffice opens and closes.

I tested with OnlyOffice and the error also happens.

I can browse the shared folder, create, edit, copy and delete files, I just can't open it.

Tried through Nautilus and get the same error.

Any suggestion?

NOTE: I used Google Translate to write this content. I apologize if there is any sentence that is out of place.

Re: Access shared files

I said I accessed it through Nautilus, but it was actually through Dolphin.
I recorded a video to show what is happening.

Can I post the link?

Thanks.

Re: Access shared files

I followed the steps in this post:

3600#p23600

- Go to "/usr/share/applications/"
- Locate the .desktop file of the program that doesn't open the file you are trying to open (e.g. VLC would be "vlc.desktop")
- Right-click and select "Edit as system administrator"
- Search for the "Exec=" entry
- Replace the "%U" entry on the same line by "%F"
- Save and test if it now works.

It worked for me.
