Dual Boot with Win1 Q4OS fails to boot after 2 days (No wubildr error)

The Error message:

Try (hd0.0): NTFS5: No wubildr
Try (hd0.1): NTFS5:

Info:

1) PC: HP ProBook 6470b Laptop (4 gig DDR3 ram, Win10 64-bit, Core i5-3320M with 4 CPUS @ 2.60 GHz) with 100 gig SSD (Local Disk C:) and 500 gig USB portable HD (Local Disk E:)
2) Already had Win10 installed in drive C.
3) Used *.zip to install Q4OS through Win10 in drive E.
4) Installation worked for 2 days. Customized installation and downloaded stuff.
5) Updated a steam game called Mechwarrior Online (Installed on E) on Windows 10 OS (Dunno if it matters, but mentioning it anyway)
6) No windows update because I set the connection as metered.
7) Nothing was added or removed to drive E.
8) Rebooted several times and even waited 30 minutes at boot error screen, could not boot.
9) Checked for wubildr files yesterday and both were present in both C and E.
10) Checked again today for wubildr files and the larger one was missing in E.

What I did with the Q4OS installation:

1) Customized the desktop with preset package (Libre Office, etc).
2) Installed Gimp, Audacity, Kdenlive, Chromium, Brave, Snap, Snap: Discord, Snap: Scrcpy (maybe 1-2 other things I can't recall atm)
3) Browsed, watched Youtube, tested Scrcpy with my android phone.

Things I know I didn't do (No one else has access to my laptop):

1) No changes to BIOS.
2) Didn't unplug the USB HD (Drive E) at any point in time.
3) Did not delete/add files to drive E.
4) Did not install any new programs in Win10.
5) Did not update Win10.

That's about it then I updated Mechwarrior Onlne (still don't know if it's related) in Win10 and the next time I boot Q4OS I get this error.

So:

1) Is there a way for me to recover the installed OS?
2) If not, how do I remove it completely so I can install it again?
3) What most likely caused this problem?

I really like the OS and I am considering it for an older laptop, but I'd like to figure this out before I use it more or recommend it to my friends. Thanks for any help or advice.

1. Yes, however it could be quite complicated, so we would recommend to install again and see, if the error arises again.
2. Uninstallation is easy, see https://www.q4os.org/dqa014.html#unint , or you can uninstall Q4OS via Windows control panel > "Remove Programs"
3. Not sure, maybe some security, or antivirus software. The second installation could give a clue.

You can safely install Q4OS in drive C:\

Alright, thanks. I will post if similar issues come up again.

Edit:

I found out after doing the uninstall process that some sectors on the HD were corrupted, so it doesn't appear to be a problem with the software. Thanks again.
