USB - Boot/Rescue/OS

Greetings all

Looking for something that just simply works - 90% of the 'how-to' out there simply does not ...

Q4OS [330mb iso] does boot - thank you Team - dont want to re-install everything again, though

NB CDROM is DOA - have made root.disk & backup copies as per recent discussions here
Full back-up copy is <3.0Gig, Root.disk copy only <6MB - later seems rather small ... ?

Regards

Jack

The 'root.disk' is relevant for Q4OS for Windows setup only, please see https://www.q4os.org/dqa014.html . How did you create the 'root.disk' ?

Aha ... re-read your post ... https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1987 ...  indeed it is - danke

Used ... https://www.q4os.org/forum/attachment.php?item=292 ...   https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1894

Upon reflection, might simply re-install, as I always have done, and use my latest data backup

As email is our lifeblood, we do have several Corporate Gmail Accounts as backup - also world-class SMTP

Regards

Jack
