Q4OS-6 for Windows testing installer

We have released the first testing version of Q4OS-6 Andromeda for Windows .exe installer. See the installation instruciions: https://www.q4os.org/dqa014.html

Download q4os-winsetup-6.zip: https://sourceforge.net/projects/q4os/files/testing/

Everyone is welcome to download and test the installer. Testing and reporting is appreciated. Keep in mind it's an experimental version, so backup your data prior the setup.

This is good news.
I was wondering when the update might show up.
It's such an easy way for Windows users to get to try Q4OS.

OK - update.

Installed on W11 23H2 - set up 30GB for Q4OS.

reboot -- failed.

following message - GNU Grub version 2.06.13+debian.

Minimal bashlink line is supported for first word.

TAB lists Pass common completions anywhere else

TAB list possible device or file completion

GRUB > -- 'ent'

No boot device found

Press to reboot.

After rebooting - the Metroscreen came up showing both W11 and Q4OS

But after selecting Q4OS - a message came up saying the kernel has to be loaded first.

(At least that is what I think it said)

Rebooted - selected Windows 11 - which still boots up.

Checking with Revo uninstaller - no Q4OS was listed.
