Newbie big time

I have been able to get q4os installed on my RPI3 but I am stumped on a few things...

I want to install teamviewer, I have downloaded the .deb package but cannot figure out how to install it and make it usable from the GUI.

I want in install winbox and need to use wine but synaptic shows a bunch of packages already installed but I don't know how to access them.

I cannot get bluetooth connection for audio.

Anybody want to help?

Thanks

Where did you download the .deb from ?

Which packages do you want to access ? Please specify packages names.

You should use 'Blueman' applet, so proceed installation and configuration of 'blueman' package. Note, bluetooth support in Q4OS for RPi is just inherited from Raspbian base and should be used the same way as in Raspbian distribution.

Re: Newbie big time

1. I downloaded the .deb from the teamviewer website

2. I would like to learn how to install any, but for now in particular, I need wine as I understand, it is necessary to install and use winbox for mikrotik routers

3. Can you tell me how to 'install and configure' blueman?

4. I would also like to know how to get programs into the Q4OS Software center, I have no troubles installing things from there.\

Many, many thanks

Dave

We are afraid, teamviewer could be installed on i386, or amd64 using multiarch, architecture only. The only way would be to use native windows version under Wine, see the point below.

You need to install wine on Raspbian. It's a bit of a complex task, you might need to compile wine on your own. The alternative way could be to use 'ExaGear' , please see http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to- … erry-Pi-1/

Please see and follow hints from this topic, https://www.raspberrypi.org/forums/view … p?t=138145

First you would need to know how to create Q4OS installers, please start here https://www.q4os.org/dqa009.html . Next you can include them into the software centre, you will find all entries in the '/usr/share/apps/q4os_system/q4os_swcentre' directory.
