Chromium browser for Q4OS ARM and Raspberry Pi edition

We introduce Chromium browser for Raspberry Pi and ARM Q4OS edition. Chromium browser is available from the Q4OS Software Centre after the system update.

Users can wait for automatic upgrade process or update immediately in terminal:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

Arch Linux also builds Chromium for ARM but I got strangled by the dependencies and decided to go with the openSUSE RPM. The big plus for openSUSE version is that it embeds needed libraries (or most of them) to the Chromium package. The rest of the libraries are available by default in Fedora.
