Can 'Bourbon' start menu be edited using "TDE menu editor?"
Before asking for help please read this topic: https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=3502 If you have problems with WiFi network, try to install the Network Manager using Q4OS Software Centre.

Bourbon menu uses the Q4OS menu structure in the initial configuration after installation. There are some incompatibilities with XDG specification, we are working on to fix it.
Nevertheless, it's easily possible to revert to the default TDE menu structure, see http://www.q4os.org/dqa011.html#desktop.2, and then to use TDE menu editor 'kmenuedit.tde2'
