The sound is low ...

Hello everyone,

The sound volume is very low—whether for notifications
or TV on the PC;I have to turn it up to 70 just to make
it audible.
This started happening after today's update.
Is there a solution?

There were no related updates from Q4OS or Debian repositories, the regular update doesn't start this issue. The sound works fine here. Please check configuration and cables first. We would guess the Liquorix kernel may be the culprit.

I restored the August 12th backup, and the issue with the very low volume is gone. It is set to 45%, and the sound is clear and crisp.I haven't installed the updates (about 3.2 GB) yet; I'll do that tomorrow.

There were no related updates from Q4OS or Debian repositories, the regular update doesn't start this issue. The sound works fine here. Please check configuration and cables first. We would guess the Liquorix kernel may be the culprit.
