Setting up a home network drive

This is something I've never done before. I have an old AOpen MP45DU mini box. I want to set up some home network storage to make it easier to transfer things between my computers. I plan to connect a couple of 250gb USB drives to it that I have. From what I read I need to install Samba in Q4OS and configure., is that correct? How might I accomplish this in Q4OS? It's interesting to try new things and learn on the way!

Re: Setting up a home network drive

Yes, you need Samba server and optionally NFS server. We would recommend you to follow all the Debian way. It will work for Q4OS as well.
