I installed Q4OS on a Toshiba Netbook NB200, and by default the windows always are too big. The taskbar is also huge, covering the bottom of the screen-scaling window and the ok/apply/cancel buttons, the window won't scroll, can't shrink, and can't be moved above the top of the screen, so there's no way to see the OK/Cancel buttons upon first installing. When opening the screen-scaling option offered upon first boot up, the screen doesn't scale down, hitting enter doesn't confirm the change.
After a lot of messing around in the settings I managed to shrink the task bar, move it to the side and the notice that there was an "Apply" button not an "OK" when changing the Screen Scaling, and even still it was just barely poking into the bottom of the screen. Upon first boot, the windows should be forced to scale down to the screen's size minus the task bar size, or have a separate "screen scaling options" pop up first that is always smaller than the screen size, so that subsequent options don't have their buttons and possibly more options off the bottom of the screen.
