Just one of life's little annoyances is the huge amount of stuff written to .xsession-errors in TDE.
Running 'bird or 'fox applications generates heaps of this stuff:-
(eu.betterbird.Betterbird:1556): libnotify-WARNING **: 09:19:11.385: Failed to connect to proxy
[Parent 1787, Main Thread] WARNING: Theme parsing error: gtk-widgets.css:153:27: The style property GtkButton:image-spacing is deprecated and shouldn't be used anymore. It will be removed in a future version: 'glib warning', file /home/runner/work/waterfox/waterfox/toolkit/xre/nsSigHandlers.cpp:201
(waterfox:1787): Gtk-WARNING **: 09:20:07.842: Theme parsing error: gtk-widgets.css:153:27: The style property GtkButton:image-spacing is deprecated and shouldn't be used anymore. It will be removed in a future version
[Parent 1787, Main Thread] WARNING: Theme parsing error: gtk-widgets.css:154:26: The style property GtkButton:inner-border is deprecated and shouldn't be used anymore. It will be removed in a future version: 'glib warning', file /home/runner/work/waterfox/waterfox/toolkit/xre/nsSigHandlers.cpp:201
So, I went through /usr/share/themes/Q4OS02/gtk-3.0 and edited gtk-widgets.css and commented out all the offending properties.
There is no obvious difference in the user interface for either prog and a significant write reduction to .xsession-errors
I know it makes no real difference to the world but these things just bug me! :-)
Attached revised version if anyone is interested. Just back up and replace the original.
