strange booting

Hi. I have 10 y.o. laptop with two graphic cards, intel and nvidia, hdd and ssd. There is windows installed on hdd and i install q4os on ssd. Grub also installed on ssd and its detect and boot windows well. But if i reboot(with reboot option) from q4os to windows grub not appears on screen(fully black screen) but it work. When i shutdown system(turn off power) and starting it by power on, grub looks normally. It seems like grub uses wrong graphic card. Give me pls any ideas how to fix this.

Re: strange booting

May be q4os has some kind of fastboot, like windows has, and when i reboot, q4os just reboot itself without runing grub?
