Make Q4OS default boot option when installed via Windows installer

If your BIOS supports EFI booting, you can easily make Q4OS the default boot entry instead of Windows. Edit /etc/default/grub and modify the "GRUB_DEFAULT" line to:

GRUB_DEFAULT=0

Save the file, then run the following command in a terminal:

sudo update-efigrub

Reboot your system and verify that Q4OS is now the default boot option.
