Hi, been a while since I booted my Q4OS. A few weeks ago I logged in and noticed that the panel clock is an hour behind the correct time but the desktop widget is showing the correct time.

Global theme in use is Ayopalli.
Application Slyte: Oxygen

This is the correct time and is reflected in the Widget on the desktop - the top panel is still an hour behind. If I change the theme to a standard plasma theme then the clock shows correctly in the Plasma panel - the panel on display I believe is part of the Ayopalli theme which might have a bug or it has not been updated. I notice that Discover updates themes and icons on a pretty regular basis, so I suspect Ayopalli is not playing ball.

Not exactly. I recently updated my Windows 7 64-bit to Windows 10 64-bit on a hot-swap drive.
I have had other issues with a minimalist weather app prior to this, think it was Chac something and after an update the system says the widget is present but not showing - could be a hard drive pre-fail?

Solved the issue - the panel clock is "HTML Clock" - no updates. I had to uncheck "Timezone offset".
