About Flatpack.

This is a question to which there is no right answer.
My personal preference is to use Debian packages or packages in Software Centre - irrespective of whatever distro I am using.
I have only ever used one flatpak package and that was because there was no choice at all in the normal package channel.
Flatpaks tend to contain newer versions, or as I said, software that it not in the normal channel - mainly because the developer has chosen to not provide for that.
Be aware that flatpaks do bring their own problems and they can take up a lot of space.
Others may differ in their opinion - ultimately it is your choice.
