hchiper -
It doesn't look like he is asking a question - but offering a solution.
I think he is replying to the other topic posted by DricC about the Grub issue with Andromeda.

I downloaded the Q4OS ISO, mounted it on a USB drive using Rufus, booted my PC, and three options appeared. I selected the first one, and several elements began loading. When it finished, a desktop appeared with the option to install, but it requires an internet connection. My local network is active and connected via cable, but I don't see the network icon or any option to activate it. I tried installing without this requirement, but it gives me an error and doesn't continue. How can I proceed?

First, have you checked the checksum of the downloaded installer and the checksums of the USB drive created with Rufus (see instructions in the root directory of your USB)?
Please also specify which installer you downloaded and provide the exact error message you received.
For your network issue, try another Ethernet cable and check it is firmly plugged in at both ends.

Hi, I assume you've booted Plasma or Trinity x64 in Live mode?
I tried both with the first mode listed, and after the initial boot, the first window should appear asking you to confirm your network card configuration.
I only use Wi-Fi, and that definitely works, but it should also configure the LAN card.
