Screen resolution in Trinity Aquarius and Andromeda

Hi all,

I'm running a couple of Q4OS Trinity V5 and V6 as guest VMs in a QEMU environment. The host is running latest Ubuntu and supports 1280x800 resolution. I have a couple of Ubuntu guest VMs that can run 1280x800 resolution also. However, I cannot get any version of Q4OS Trinity to run at 1280x800 as it's not an option. The closest option available is 1280x768.

Why isn't 1280x800 listed as an option? Is there a way to force 1280x800 resolution?

Thanks!

Run Tderandrtray tool from the apps menu and select 1280x800

Re: Screen resolution in Trinity Aquarius and Andromeda

Thanks for reply. I figured out the problem - needed to change the Video adapter setting of the QEMU guest VM from 'Virtio' to 'QXL'. Now the 1280x800 option appears.
