Since a windows installer is so easy and convenient for windows users who are unfamiliar with linux but want to try it out why is it that other linux distros (e.g. Mint, Zorin, Ubuntu ...) don't follow the fine example set by Q4OS and offer a similar facility?
As far as I am aware (I stand to be corrected if wrong) a windows installer may be unique to the Q4OS distro at the moment.
Its so baffling, I just cannot understand.
Please could someone give me the answer to this rather vexing question?

Yes, our installers are quite unique; we don't know of any other distribution that offers them. It would be great if other vendors would create their own application installers for Q4OS. We provide really stable and reliable OS base to deploy them.

Hi there,
I am only a user with minimum knowledge of Linux.
I tried Windows Installer of Q4OS number of times on various older machines. Every time Linux installation crushed after a few days rendering the machine unusable. (I think it is called kernel crush). Looks like for number of reasons Windows installer is not the best solution. Maybe it works perfectly on never and better computers, I don't know.

How many and what Windows versions ?

Would you specify error messages and other info for us to be able to investigate ?
