Q4os and others on the same pendrive

I noticed that there is a specific method for creating the flash drive with Q4OS.
But if you want to put Q4OS and other operating systems on the same pendrive, can you use the Ventoy or Rufus method?

Or for Q4OS do you have to make a separate pendrive without other operating systems inside to avoid some problems during the installation process?

@Taige: it's a yes for Ventoy and a negative for Rufus -- I use them both...
