timedatectl issue with latest Q4OS KDE.

This is a heads-up for anyone interested about this issue, or experiencing it. The issue is similar to https://www.q4os.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=2999. I would boot into the system (latest Q4OS KDE) and see in SDDM that the system was two hours ahead, as well as in KDE Plasma for the first couple of minutes. Then the time in the panel would correct itself. Unfortunately, it would also reset my system clock to two hours earlier.

This is what I did to correct it:

# timedatectl list-timezones
# timedatectl set-timezone /my/timezone
# timedatectl set-local-rtc 1

Are you dual booting with Windows by any chance?
