The Cobalt theme is a really nice dark theme, if you havent tried it. I wish we were using PHPbb as they have some amazing themes.

I use Mercury.
Calm down, it's only ones and zeroes

Mercury is nice.

Cobalt and Mercury are pretty good~ but I like air earth and fire's style, it's quite minimal and soft for the eyes— except for the fact that they're all light themes ![]()

Dark themes really are hard to find on a lot of websites for some reason. The devs mentioned at one point they might go to PHPbb for the forum, which has some really nice dark themes.

Oh wow phpbb is pretty cool~ that cloudflare verification is irritating tho
Tbh I like this forum over many other distro's forum(discourse..?), they're hella heavy and takes a lot of time to load~ q4os and linuxmint are the only forums that are so light and load up a couple thousand times faster~
I just hope @q4osteam stays on fluxbb or phpbb rather than those heavy stuff

PHPbb has such a nice feature set and the forums are really clean and easy to use. Ive administrated two sites with it and its by far my favorite overall.

Well i hope we move to phpbb soon, it's gotten a lot of features over fluxbb— which is now dead

Wow! 16, those were the days. Youve got a lot to look forward to in the future with tech. Should be a fun ride.
I feel fortunate as I got to see the earliest tech and everything was a first time, never before seen event. Particularly in regards to hardware and overall computer advancement.

Agree Fluxbb is dead and Id move to PHPbb as soon as possible.

Been into tech from as long as I can remember, still using the same 10-15 year old laptops as my primary laptop though— which led me to Q4OS, and I'm glad I found it, oldest tech I used would be a windows 98/xp desktop and everything sure has gotten way better since then!

Ive been using computers since the late 70s/early 80s when most were proprietary platforms with loyal user bases. My favorite over time was the Commodore 64 but thats quite awhile ago. Ive run DOS, all versions of Windows, a lot of Linux distros over the years and a short stint with Apple II. My oldest system now is my Lenovo Thinkcentre M73 with a 4th gen Intel cpu. The newest is my Alienware R14 with a Ryzen 5 5600x,RX 5700 XT gpu, 32gb DDR4 ram and a 2TB m.2 nvme gen 4 ssd.
I use to have much older systems, which led me to Q4OS TDE back in 2017 but I now prefer KDE with my present hardware.
I use to use KDE 2,3,4 years ago but really enjoy the newer KDE versions.
Tech today is amazing but honestly the early days were more fun as you saw tech that had never been seen before.
