Hello.
Perhaps for a future release consider adding an option to fully load to RAM at booting so that we can disconnet the live usb pendrive.
Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure it still works, but few years ago I succeeded to build a Q4OS live system based on Linux Live Kit (https://www.linux-live.org/). It is the core of SLAX, a distro able to have the system completely loaded in RAM.
You could try to apply Linux Live Kit to a fresh installation of Q4OS.

Slax is a great ultra lightweight distro and worked very well. Maybe devs can confirm that its still possible.

Oh I remember them adding that one, you just add the word
toram
to the grub.cfg at the end off the boot line after quiet splash if its there.
The option should be there unless they deleted it, if not, I'll post the change to grub since it was only 6 lines of code.

Do they have devs here? If so they are chasing the KDE bugs.
That was a standard thing, and I even cracked open one of my Linux books I bought a decade ago.

Yes there are devs as youve been talking to them, @q4osteam. Direct the comment to them and see what they say.

I understand what type of distribution this is, which is pieced together from everyone else's in the deb chain. And it's almost the same work as taking everything and compiling all of them into your own depository.
But I'm glad I found a solution so I didn't have to build one myself. Which I do have a book on that.
