Help Transferring or Copying Files to a Cell Phone

Hello everyone, please be kind enough to help me with a problem with the Q4OS operating system.

The problem is with file transfers, either through the copy or cut option on the Samsung A20 cell phone. The system does not allow it, displaying the following message: "Creating folders is not supported with camera protocol," as well as the current message: "The Konqueror application (Konqueror) failed and generated signal 11 (SIGSE GV)."

The Konqueror File Manager seems to have this problem, but in the Q4OS Trinity Live Installation System, with the Konqueror File Manager, it can copy or transfer files.

It is worth mentioning that permissions have been granted on the cell phone for the desired action.

Is there a solution, either through the system interface or the terminal, to resolve this issue?

I thank you in advance for your kind attention, help and prompt responses.

Re: Help Transferring or Copying Files to a Cell Phone

i couldn't get gmtp to detect my android device on any of my Q4OS installations,

for me, https://github.com/whoozle/android-file-transfer-linux has been the best way,
there's also jmtp which worked but the previously mentioned project worked the best for me
