Q4OS Live USB & Nvidia GPU

When I do install Debian on a PC with Nvidia GPU enabled, I do have to edit the GRUB by adding 'nomodeset' in GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT for the OS to boot into Login window.

GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset"

How do I overcome this issue with non-wrightable Live USB to be able to get to the logon screen?

Tap the "e" key on the Grub boot menu table and edit "linux" options.
