Q4OS usb difficulty booting

I am currently using the Linux Mint OS and would like to explore the Trinity desktop.  It is supossed to be lighter than Xfce. I have an old computer.  I’ve downloaded the Q4OS ISO file and transferred it to a USB stick. However, despite using tools like Etcher and USB Image Writer to install the usb on the usb stick I only see the first line of the boot process when booting up and it does not proceed further. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on what I might be doing wrong. Thank you.
