Delete files in folder downloaded

Hi everyone, I have Q4OS Aquarius Trinity 32 bit and I can't delete any files in the Downloaded folder. The possibility of moving it to the trash does not appear nor does the delete key work. Where am I wrong? Thanks to anyone who wants to answer me and sorry for the question, which may seem trivial but I've only been using it for a short time.

Right mouse click to a file > Move to trash
