Notebook not psysicxally powering off

Hell guys, my ACER ES 15 ES1-533-C8GL is not powering off after shutdown. I have to force power off manually by long pressing the power button. The message "Reached target power off" shows, the image on the screen goes out, but the power light that indicates the notebook is on or not remains on with the hardware working.

I'm using the last iso image Q4OS Aquarius.

Maybe it's related to kernel, I remember I saw some posts about it...
you can try to install liquorix kernel for example to see if the issue is still present
