Internet Problem, wifi

hello. I am new here. little experience in linux. but very glad to meet Q4OS. except my laptop. I had win11 and from one day to the next it died. there was no way to reinstall, it seemed like a curse, but I found q4os and saved my work.
I fell in love with this OS for its ease, stability and above all speed.

I come for a connection query. Previously I had centaurus, everything worked perfectly. But then I installed Geminis, beautiful, customizable, fast, but I don't have a good internet connection.
Previously, centaurus, it had connection even when other devices lost it, but now Geminis, it loses connection or works very very slow.
I have wifi 50 meters away. I live in the countryside.
Is there a driver difference between the versions?
anything i can try? I'm not a linux expert, please keep that in mind.
Thank you for reading. I cordially greet everyone.

Tengo wifi a 50 mts.

Re: Internet Problem, wifi

Just a suggestion, but please post the make an model of your wifi card. You can usually find this by typing lspci or lsusb in a terminal. I have noticed connection issues with 5ghz at times, but that could be my old hardware.
