Acer Chromebook R11 Touch Screen

I am running Q4OS 4.11 Gemini on my Acer Chromebook R11 and would like to use the Touch Screen. Previously I was running Gallium OS that included Touch Screen support. Is there a package I need to add to get the Touchscreen working?

Update 02/12/2025

I got the touchscreen working on Q4OS Aquarius Plasma by updating the Kernel. CYAN requires kernel 6.6+ for native driver inclusion.

1. Uncomment the line in etc/apt/sources.list.d containing "deb http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm-backports main contrib non-free-firmware"

2. Update the Kernel via Backports by running "sudo apt install -t bookworm-backports linux-image-amd64"

3. Reboot

Hope this can help others, Q4OS is the ideal operating system for the eol Acer Chromebook R11.
