Windows Setup stuck at boot.

Tried installing q4os via the Windows setup installer today, but when i finally restarted my laptop, The command line would eventually be stuck at the line "Finished Update UTMP about System Runlevel Changes".

The install was pretty standard, Safe Boot was off. help???
