How To ReInstall with Only Gnome?

I am currently using Plasma DE, but I want full Gnome, how do I reinstall and put only gnome no plasma? (p.s - noobie here as you suspected)

Gnome is not available in Q4OS. The only choice is between Trinity and Plasma. Q4OS aims to be a light distro, able to run on machines with few resources, so it would be a nonsense to offer Gnome.

Yes, Q4OS is optimized for Plasma and Trinity DEs, however it's possible to install other desktop environments as well. You can install them using Apt package manager, although we would recommend to use Desktop profiler https://www.q4os.org/dqa016.html , don't forget to untick "Remove superfluous packages" option to avoid removal of currently installed packages.
