How to install scrcpy (screencopy)?

Hoping to install scrcpy:

https:  github.com dsysd scrcpy

In the page above, the install instruction says to "apt install scrcpy" in my debian system (Q4OS), but it seens that Q4OS do not  know how to "apt install scrcpy." Now what do I do?
