[SOLVED] Screen goes black once opened laptop lid

My laptop screen goes black when I close the lid once and open, it happens during any opened session I want to close my laptop lid. No matter what task you are doing, nothing is seen and I must power off and restart to access to my computer.

   Somebody can help me how to fix it?

Sorry, I should have installed Battery Monitor first from Synaptics. Fixed and post closed.
