I'm at 'Bookworm Sid'. How do I get back to Q4OS Bullseye 11.3?

In Synaptic I had Bullseye Backports and Unstable (Sid) to use current programmes.
Tried a few programs.
Now the whole system is on 'Bookworm Sid', probably due to wrong clicking by me.
Q4OS "Hardware Info" shows:
"Desktop:  Plasma 5.24.5 [Sid]
Distro: Q4OS 4.8.1-n2 (Gemini)
Host: q4os-desktop
Kernel: 5.18.0-1-amd64

When I click on "Start Desktop Profiler" -> "The Basic Q4OS Desktop with commen utilities, system tools and libraries.", am I back on Q4OS Bullseye 11.3?

I'm very excited about 'Q4OS' and glad you chose Debian for it.

How good are you at fixing broken installs?  And how good are you at setting up pinning?

If very good, then raise priority of bullseye and q4os package to 1100 in pinning, then do a full-upgrade (priority >1000 will install that version even if it requires a downgrade).  You WILL have broken packages you have to fix yourself.  This is not a "you may", but a you WILL.  Quite a few, in fact.

If not, then reinstall.

Thank you for your good answer.
I have already repaired a few installations.
But I'm not soo fit in Linux.
But I find it interesting, I'm learning and would like to try it.
A new installation is still always possible.
Maybe a companion via Jabber/XMPP is possible.
How do I increase to "1100" and where?
I could repair the defective packages with 'Synaptic', couldn't I?
With a click on:
"The Basic Q4OS Desktop with commen utilities, system tools and libraries." is not enough.
I almost thought so, which is why I haven't done it yet, but wrote it here.
Many thanks

I haven't found any precise instructions on the net for Q4OS.
It is probably different from the downgrade for pure Debian.
I don't want to do anything wrong with the individual steps.
Would be a companion here via the Q4OS Jabber/XMPP (might be faster) group:
xmpp:q4os@conference.monocles.de?join

possible?

Can I use 'Vim' to set the packages of Bullseye and Q4OS to "1100"?
Do they all have to be?
Then upgrade immediately?

It's a bit too complicated of a process for me to be able to simply give you instructions.  I would suggest you read up on how apt pinnging works https://wiki.debian.org/AptConfiguration.

But yes, you'd use vim to set priority of all packages from bullseye and q4os to 1100, then do a full-upgrade.  From there, you'll have to deal with the broken packages on an individual basis to repair them, or remove them entirely and reinstall when you get back to a stable base installation.
