HELP ! Desktop display @ Theme W10

Bonjour , Hi all

After Q4OS install , i choose W10 theme but I would like to activate the desktop icons, the trash can, the hard drive, etc.
Thank you for your help

Apres , l'installation , je voudrais activer les icones du bureau, la poubelle , le disque dur , etc. Merci de votre aide

Which version of Q4OS are you using please? If not sure please run inxi -F in Konsole and copy/paste output here.

xpq4 is a program/theme that makes Q4OS look more like MS Windows. For plasma desktop environment, it will make it look like windows 10 and the trinity desktop environment like windows xp. This will add and change your icons to windows icons, BUT you have to have some kind of windows key to use the program/theme.  Its stated in the eula and docs.
