Is there an easier way to setup KDE Activity Widows?

Am I missing an easy way to setup Activities in KDE? Seems like there should be a menu page where you just setup your main Activities window, add a new one and click a few buttons to make the next one. Once done you would change he Wallpaper and such in each Activities area.

I seem to be having a lot of issues with Icons, Programs and such crossing each for some reason.

Example 1:

Main Activities is my daily area on the computer.
Everything should be on this but I don’t want Google Chrome on my Favorites, Task Bar, or Desktop.

Work Activities area is where I connect to work from Microsoft SharePoint using Google Chrome.
I want the Chrome Icon on the Desktop, Favorites, Task Bar. I don’t want most of the other icons from my Main Activities.

What happens is overlapping between the Activities. Chrome icon on Main desktop, Task bar. Opera Browser is on the Work Activities Task Bar.

Example 2:
I have Opera browser opening up on startup on Main Activities window.
I have Chrome browser opening up on startup on Work Activities window.
What ever Activities starts first from logoff or shutdown has both Opera and Chrome browsers in it.

Any thoughts?
What am I missing?
Thanks for any help with this,
Jeff
