Errors when updating and install. Thunderbird

I use Q4OS / Debian10
1) when updating the system I have this Error  saying that  "debian.org/debian buster inRelease"
has modified its value from  stable to oldstable and is no longer available ?
Failed to upload all file index

2) Trying to install Thunderbird this Error occurs : /security.debian.org/debian-security/pool/updates/main/w/webkit2gtk/gir1.2-javascriptcoregtk -4.0_2.30.4-1-deb10u1_amd64deb
404 Not Found [IP: 2a04:4e42:6c::644 80]

This is following on from the release of Bullseye Debian 11 which is now the new 'Stable' and so Debian 10 becomes oldstable

Run
sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade

This will not upgrade you to Debian 11 - it just gets your repo information up to date.

You should then be able to install T'bird OK
