Update Manager

I'm having a problem installing an update. It's "shared data files for theTDE base Module". When I download it,and click "install" it just keeps showing 'install".
I have a window that pops up when I hit "details"..and it says E: Problem renaming the file /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin.enPYa2 to /var/cache/apt/pkgcache.bin - rename (2: No such file or directory)
W: You may want to run apt-get update to correct these problems
I run the $sudo apt-get update, but I still have the Update Manager reappear. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this problem...?

Re: Update Manager

Run in terminal:
$ sudo dash /usr/share/apps/q4os_system/bin/qapt_fix.sh
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
and report here.
