Re: Hot Key(s) to minimize open window

For trinity
There is another option - to minimize the window to the title by scrolling the mouse wheel or touchpad.

In Trinity Ctrl+Alt+D is the default

Terminal / Konsole - "sudo kcmodules --unlock"

Control Centre>Regional & Accessibility>Keyboard Shortcuts

Plasma - no idea but look in Keyboard Shortcuts in the Settings tool.

If you're using Plasma, there are 2 options Ctrl + F12 and Super/Win/Meta key + d

Which BTW is the default on Windows, too.
