Problem with 60fps Youtube playback :(

Hello to every single person in this beautiful community,

Soo, Im gonna get immediatly to the point. Firstly, Im not extremly experienced/veteran user of Linux, tho I would say that I know at least basics. Recently, I decided to dual boot Q4OS 3.13 with Plasma on my laptop. I already have Q4OS on my desktop and I couldnt be more satisfied with it. Im just impressed by stability and speed of it! Now, as I said, I decided to dual boot it on my laptop. Of course, I managed to do it without any issues and Im really pleased with perfomance of Q4OS on my laptop. But there is one thing which REALLY goes to my nerves, and thats that Im having problem with playing Youtube on 720p60fps or 1080p60fps.Thing is that audio plays totally normal, but video frezzes, it doesnt even get choppy or anything it just frezzes at some frame and thats it. Tho, video at 720p30fps work perfectly fine. I tried playing YT videos both on Chrome and Firefox, still no luck. I even tried installing different DE via desktop profiler, but still same thing happens. I need to note that I also have Windows 8.1 installed, and YT videos on 60fps work perfectly fine, and this same applies to my previous distro which I had, btw Linux Mint. I really dont know whats the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

P.S My laptop is Lenovo Ideapad 110-15IBR. The specs are next(I dont know if they would help you anything, but whatever):
4GB DDR3L 1600MHZ
Intel Celeron N3060 Dual Core CPU @ 2.4Ghz
Integrated Intel HD 400 GPU
500GB HDD

Best regards

Re: Problem with 60fps Youtube playback :(

First try downloading a 60fps video and playing it without youtube and try if that works, if it does than its probably that your browser is outdated
and if you can not play 60fps offline than I dont know wat that problem could be but if i find a solution i will let you know

Re: Problem with 60fps Youtube playback :(

I downloaded 1080p60fps and 4k30fps and they play butter smooth via VLC or via any other media player. I later noticed that CPU usage was way to high when I play 720p60fps video on Youtube, pretty much CPU was locked on 100% all the time. Which meant that GPU was not doing its job of encoding the video properly, which also meant that browser(in my case Chrome) didnt have any hardware accelaration enabled for GPU to do some encoding and was stressing CPU a lot. Hence, the videos didnt want to play. Btw, I thankfully managed to fix it with guide provided by, hear this, a member from Linux Mint community/forum. Heres the link to the guide and hopefully it will help someone else:
