burning mp3,s to usb stick

I wondered if anyone knows of a application to burn mp3,s to a usb stick?

Burn to USB stick? Why burn? Burning means writing to CD or DVD, because the laser "burns" tracks on CD/DVD.
But on USB stick you should write files, not burn.

You copy and paste mp3 files to an USB stick. My car has an USB connection I use that for my music. I have to use folders for each type of music pop or country etc holds many more files than a CD.
