Desktop Profiler fails

Hello. I am new to Q4OS only installing it last night. The install seems to have gone great and I like the way the OS runs on an older laptop. However I am unable to install applications. Every time I go to install an app it tells me I must first choose a desktop profile. When I choose the full Trinity and hit install I get a error code 30. Does anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks in advance.

Error 30 means you have no Internet access. You need to make an Internet link to install Desktop profiles and applications.

Thank you I did finally realize my network manager did not auto-start. I got it done.
