Change Default Terminal in Q4OS Trinity - How

Q4OS Trinity uses Konsole by default and this seems hardwired as seen if you try to remove konsole-trinity.
I've changed the default terminal in TDE default applications and with update-alternatives yet Konsole persists.
The reason is experimentation.  I know Konsole isn't the fastest terminal.

Re: Change Default Terminal in Q4OS Trinity - How

Have a look in Control Centre>TDE Components>Default Applications>Terminal Emulator

I have installed lxterminal and changing the above does not result in lxterminal being launched in Konqueror>Right Click>Open Terminal Here.

UPDATE:-

Alter servicemenu:-

Altered last line of konsolehere.desktop to run lxterminal --workdir %f

Konqueror F4 or Tools>Open Terminal now runs lxterminal

Not sure about right click - need to find where that lives........

I wonder if that will work for the Yakuake terminal emulator

Yakuake is a lightweight KDE version of the drop-down terminal emulator that is used in the Quake game. It's a very nice alternative to Konsole ... and it's pretty cool to use
