My internet speed is 75mb/s so its pretty fast already but Ill give this a ;look. Ive had issues with download managers in the past so havent been down this path in
awhile.

But today I came across this one, installed it, checked it and I really liked it.

Yes, the plague of slow downloads (usually due to servers) is real.
It's real, when downloading 75GB worth of JAG I used the trial of Internet Download Manager because the speed without it was just plain unacceptable. Browsers also have a tendency of corrupting downloads when files are greater than 200MB.
Cross platform IDM, now that is the shit.
