Upgrading Q4OS from Debian stable to Debian testing

Is it possible to do that, also will I need to reinstall Q4OS from scratch and will I be able to use current installed packages?

This will probably not work. Nonetheless, there will be available a regular Q4OS 4 release available soon, if you wait a few days.

Tried it out on VirtualBox, result out of this is bullseye/sid, though I'm not exactly sure what does that mean. And doesn't that make Q4OS "frankendebian"?

Q4OS is not Debian and so cannot become a FrankenDebian, it is a Linux Distrinbution based on Debian
