Please advise good picture hosting.

As you can see, posting screenshots is very important when you report bug, show your settings or simply share your desktop. So please advice me good picture hosting preferably in Europe, so Q4OS developers could access fast uploaded pictures. Yes I know Imgur.com is good but it often gets overloaded and slow down or does not working at all.
100kb size, which offers this forum is very small size. I need at least 500kb to post my screenshots.

Re: Please advise good picture hosting.

postimage.org is what I have used, free, and if you register you can organise your uploads. I cannot vouch for longevity as I only came across it recently.

I've been using ipernity for the past eight years.  They're based in Paris, France. They offer both free and paid accounts.

Re: Please advise good picture hosting.

Sorry, Dai, but your postimage.org shows ads with dating offerings when others watch my pictures. Also images there are stored for 6 months.
Decided to use itmages.ru for now. File size limit - 6mb, file storage period - as long as possible, no limitations. Also they have file upload program which integrates into Nautilus or Dolphin.

Re: Please advise good picture hosting.

TBH I have only used the service since posting here (file size limits etc) so I didn't really read through the site that well, it just worked when I used it and as I didn't have to download anything or sign up to do it I guess just presumed it was pretty good. i might try your itmages.ru, although "as long as possible" is open to interpretation eh smile.
But thanks for info.

Re: Please advise good picture hosting.

No one hosting will give you 100% warranty that your pictures will not be suddenly deleted. Even paid hostings can be suddenly closed.

Re: Please advise good picture hosting.

Just an FYI:  I also started to make more use of my 23hq.com account.  This is a pretty simple and straight forward image sharing service, with some functional organization and viewing features.  I believe they are in Europe, as well.

Good timing as I was looking for one recently and will give it a try.

If you happen to go with 23hq, please let me know your account I.D.  I'll add you to my subscription list.  My 23hq page is here:
