Sound - Q4os 3 bêta

Hello all

In Q4os 3 bêta, the sound works good but I can't adjust the sound with the icons in the panel.
I have to open it and adjust manually.
It works ok when I installed this version of Q4os.

regards

You can right click the icon and set a different "master channel" but I have noticed when changing from headphones to speakers (on my laptop) I have to open kmixer to set the speaker channel as it is always set to zero after being muted.

Re: Sound - Q4os 3 bêta

If you right click the sound icon in the tde panel you will have an option to "Select Master Channel" like the below image,

Then after selecting this you will have something like the below image where you can select the channel that is raised/lowered from the icon

You can select which channel will be used, so if you want to control a different channel (ie headphones) from the panel icon you can select it here.

For instance if you are using your HDMI as your output you might need to select that from the drop-down and select the appropriate channel.
